Heavy duty copper foil winding machine BRJ1600-2 is primarily used for winding Cast Resin or Air Cooled transformer’s coil and the foil conductor can be copper or aluminum strip. The kind of copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation material (such as paper or similar material). The copper foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit, including winding machine, cooler, jig plat and so on, to weld bus bar with foil together. Photoelectric sensors are adopted in the copper foil winding machine to correct the position of foil when the foil is wound. Control system of the copper foil winding machine is based on PLC.
